A TOUT DE SUITE Ô VOYAGEUR D’ETERNITE !
Le Chantre-Sourire de la Kabylie, IDIR a su bercer les Oreilles d’un Public de Connaisseurs, Kabyle ou non, avec ses Mélopées décontractantes ou entraînantes venues du fin fond de la Vallée de la Soummam. Dans les années 70, A Vava Inouva (en kabyle cela veut dire Père Inouba) - un de ses tous premiers Titres (et album) phares - devient immédiatement un Poème planétaire intemporel. Si la carrière d’IDIR débute comme une Apparition spontanée sur la Scène musicale, il s’éclipsera volontairement une dizaine d'années après un Récital à l'Olympia en 1980 (dont est tiré un CD). Un peu de recul pour finalement réapparaître en 1991 pour étoffer encore sa Discographie. Il ne quittera jamais vraiment sa Scène, sa Vie de Troubadour, Celle où il a développé toute sa Magie et son Ame pure comme l’eau d’une Source ; toujours entouré de ses Musicos extraordinaires. IDIR a produit au total onze albums studio et animé de nombreux Concerts inoubliables dans le Monde où ont résonné les Youyous ensorcelants de ses nombreuses Fans et de mémorables rappels. Mais aussi les claquements de mains de Danseurs improvisés. Des Lives très festifs durant lesquels se mêlaient tradition et modernité, bendir et guitare électrique, et surtout où il prônait la Paix Universelle par ses Mots-Doux. Son œuvre a contribué au renouvellement de la Chanson Berbère. Deux de ses Morceaux de Choix ont fait bouger particulièrement son public : Zwit Rwit et Azwaw ; aussi envoûtant l'un que l'autre, en studio comme en direct. IDIR a apporté à la Culture Berbère une audience internationale méritée, à l’image du Poète Jean Amrouche, son Aîné. IDIR grand Voyageur de la Liberté, Immortel Charmeur de Notes, est resté Humain jusqu'au bout. Une Voix délicieusement rassurante et pacifique. Monsieur IDIR, humble face à la Vie, est mort le 2 mai dernier, mais ce n’est pas grave, car Eternel est son Amour "Ici et Ailleurs" (1) !
